I think I'm turning Japanese....
I have been eating sushi all week for lunch. I really like sushi, but it is cost prohibitive. So I decided to make my own sushi. I went out and bought all the ingrediants and equipment. Then I made sushi for lunch four days this week. I have to say, I would like to have something different for lunch next week. Even though my sushi is not bad, it's not even close to restaurant sushi. It really is the perfect diet food: low fat, low calories, tastes great. I never thought I would get tired of it. Oh well, back to wraps.
